About Our Services Infection Prevention and Control Grand River Hospital’s infection prevention and control team is committed to providing a safe environment for patients each and every time they come to the hospital. Our goal is to eliminate the transfer and reduce the risk of infections in hospital for patients, visitors, staff, physicians and volunteers through education, monitoring, and the use of best practice guidelines. One of the best ways to do this is to include you, our patients and visitors, in the care process. We encourage open communication and feedback from staff, patients, visitors, physicians and volunteers. Should you wish to provide feedback, or speak with a member of the IPAC team, please send us an email through info@grhosp.on.ca.
