A comprehensive perinatal bereavement program including a memory package (pictures, footprints, imprints, a quilt, hair clipping, etc.), crisis grief counseling, and bereavement follow-up is available.

The medical social work team can be contacted at 519-749-4300, ext. 2267 for counselling. A chaplain is also available to meet with you. Let your nurse know that you would like a visit.
