Hand and Upper Extremity Program About Our Services The hand and upper extremity program (HUEP) provides excellent, patient-focused care in the assessment and treatment of a variety of hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder conditions. The goal of the HUEP multidisciplinary team is to help people gain optimal function, independence and quality of life through individualized treatment plans which may include custom splinting, wound care, modalities and work conditioning.
