Family to Family: What You Should KnowWorking in partnership with other communities within Waterloo Region, Self Help offers unique mental health self help services to the community with a focus on recovery and peer support. Services include individual and group peer support, recovery, action planning, wellness promotion, personal development and a resource centre that provide an opportunity for patients to gain skills, support, seek advice from peers, and contribute their own skills and experiences to assist others.
