About Our Rehabilitation Programs SHORT STAY REHABILITATION PROGRAM The short stay rehabilitation program offers inpatient rehabilitation to surgical and medical patients whose needs can be met within seven to ten days.
GENERAL REHABILITATION UNIT
This unit provides patient focused, interdisciplinary rehabilitation for patients who require hospitalization to meet their needs. Our goal is to increase functional independence, foster quality of life and achieve a safe and stable discharge plan.
The neurorehabilitation clinic provides outpatient rehabilitation for clients with neurological impairment. Selective therapies focus on optimizing function, integrating patients into the community and maximizing quality of life. The mandate of the program is the prevention of hospitalization and/or shortening a client's length of stay in hospital.
The geriatric day hospital is an outpatient assessment and rehabilitation service that provides multidisciplinary care to optimize function and maximize quality of life. The mandate of the program is the prevention of hospitalization and/or shortening a client's length of stay in hospital.
