Grand River Hospital's patient relations coordinator Mary Beth MacDonald is available to enhance and support relationships and communication between patients, their families and the healthcare team.

If you have a question, concern, or suggestion about hospital services or your treatment we encourage you to share this with us. Feedback offers us an important opportunity to learn from your experiences.

To encourage effective communication, we suggest you speak with the team members providing your care.
